CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations/Deposits A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within this window. (For holidays) Payment A valid card on file is required to book appointments. Health Policy If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold/flu symptoms, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 days in advance to avoid fees. Late Policy A 5-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Please arrive on time to ensure your service can be completed.
